  • Gold Class wheel Brush

Hi. I went to the store yesterday(about 25miles away) to get smy tech wax2.0.unfortunatley,it hadn't arrived yet.but I did get the bug and tar remover and the GC wheel brush(there were 2 left).i believe this product is discontinued:

Would this be worth keeping in its original packaging, untouched if they are no longer available? A future collectors item?
    I could always get another....

Maybe for once I can get something over here that you guys can't(anymore). If it is discontinued?

    If so,Why was it discontinued?

Last I heard, they were still being distributed in Europe, just not in US. They are high quality, so cost a little more, and didnt sell well here.

Might want to get both when you go back just in case they do go away.

          I think this is what'll be left in europe.Once they're gone,they're gone.

I never ever had one before, but it's about time.I'm fed up scratching the back of my hand using an old broken sponge.I think I'll get the other one,and keep this one intact.

I don't think it'll get sold quick. As I've said before, people here just don't know about Meg's.I'll keep pushin' though, and hopefully will become more popular.

I'll tell you where Meguiar's is missing out here....The rally events that are going on all through the summer. If they stuck up a vending tent/stall,with a car on display, their products would sell like a bomb. I would even go and do it for nothing!,just to help get the ball rolling.

I know peoples mentality here. If they see something sitting in a small selection in an auto shop, then they don't bother, because they don't know.If they are taught the steps of car maintainence, with the aid of these stalls, they'll go mad for it

Good post harshest! These brushes are kind of hard-to-find and a couple of the more popular online sites don't have these in stock. I made an order.

                          Hey Eddie,

I would just use it. I have several of each as back-ups as I knew they were going to be discontinued. Back when I was the Super Moderator on here, I remember asking one of bosses at Meg's and he said that they just did not sell as well as one would hope. Of course, now that they are gone, everyone wants one!

Just out of curiosity, how old are you? How long have you been detailing? How about posting a few pics of vehicles you have detailed in the show off forum as I am sure people would appreciate it!

I bought 6 brushes and was charged $13.49 for shipping from Ohio to Michigan. Probably a flat rate based on $$$ amount purchased.
