  • Wheel brush...

I stocked up on a few versa-angle wheel brushes a while back, ran out, and recently ordered 3 from an online source, but I was wondering if Meg's stopped manufacturing these, if so why, and will there be a similar/same brush in the near future?

I'm asking as I have yet to find anything that comes close to being as good as that brush... it's soft, pretty durable considering it's use, and fairly versatile for a big brush.

Not sure if this is in the right section so feel free to move if necessary.

    Thanks!

There is nothing close to it....

Last I heard, they are still made for Europe/Asia. Just didnt sell well in North America.

I am using the Versa-Angle Tire Brush, and it rocks, havn't seen the wheel brush around at my dollar generals, from where I have been getting these discontinued items.

I bought the last 3 from here...

but they have a X1025 listed as well for $0.50 more but I'm not sure if they have any of those...

I bought the tire brush as well but from Ebay... (not from the link below but that's a good deal)

I really wish they would bring back the GC items to North America. They could do a limited production or just sell them on places like ADS or Meg's Direct.

I also have been purchasing from S&J Discount for my discontinued Meguiar's brushes as well and in fact just placed an order with them over the weekend. The tire brushes are great and it'd be a shame if they were no longer available...

I don't care much for the tire brushes as they all do a decent job, even those $2-3 Autozone ones, but the wheel face brush is one I can't find a replacement for

I have a Verse-Angle brush. How do I know whether I have the wheel face brush or the tire brush? From the pics I have found on the web, the two brushes look indistinguishable.

The Tire Brush I believe has black interior bristles, and is stiffer.

The Wheel Face brushes are soft like the body brushes.

I guess I must have the tire brush then, as the center brushes are black, surrounded by yellow brushes. Does that sound right?

Yeah. The Wheel Brush is all yellow. If you check out the Gold Class videos that were posted, you'll see them all.

I think a longer handle but that's a complete guess... Can someone from Meg's chime in on this please. Are we going to see anything similar soon or no?
