  • Meg's Wash & Wax Kit @ Target $9.99

I just spotted this Car Wash & Wax Kit online at Target

    It looks like it has
    1 - Soft Wash Gel A2516 16 oz. (473 ml)
    1 - Cleaner Wax A1216 16 oz. (473 ml) (Liquid )
1 - Soft Foam Applicator Pad

Adding it all up based on Meg's pricing it's like getting the applicator pad and sponge for free and a little discount on a bottle of product (A25 or A12).

    If purchased direct from Megs: 6.49 (A25) + 4.49 (A12) = $10.98 + 1.00 for applicator pad = $11.98

I haven't had a look in the Target store but, if you need some Meg's to get started this looks like a good way to do it.

It's a good deal, but I have like 3 1/2 bottles of Cleaner wax, my wife asks everytime I'm in the wax area of any store if I need Cleaner Wax She's soooo funny. LOL

Most people on this forum don't tend to use cleaner wax much do they?

Seems like more of a kit for just the casual person to care for their car?

Recently did a detail with just Cleaner Wax. No correction but it did turn out some pretty good results, check it out.

This is a job I did for a buddy of mine. He wanted to have his moms car cleaned up as a gift. The paint was in pretty bad shape, and actually still is. Several very deep scratches throughout the vehicle, and many as deep as to the metal. But he didn't want correction (not that I'd be capable of correcting everythingScottwax4,

From the packaging and the store it is sold in I would consider this a very good starter kit.
A12 is a good AIO that has been around forever and seems to give fine results for the amount of work given. By no means will you get a showcar finish but, it will make you car shine.

I used the small sample of A12 from the clay kit and followed up with some Gold Class liquid... I was very pleased.

Certainly the person buying this kit has some great places to go when they've used these products up and they still have a pad an a sponge to work with...
They could start washing with Gold Class car wash, get a Clay Kit, and replace the Cleaner/Wax (if they wanted to) for Deep Crystal Cleaner, Deep Crystal Polish & NXT 2.0
