Currently my ride is sealed with NXT paste wax, but now the paint surface lost some of it's gloss. My question is if the DCS polish can reapply on the surface since it has layers of NXT paste wax. Is DCS Polish abrasive? Please advise.

The Deep Crystal System Polish (Step 2) is not abrasive at all, so no worries there. It is formulated to bring up your gloss and shine, but in order to maximize your results you probably want to apply it without the NXT on the surface. As I'm sure you already know, you always want to seal in a polish afterwards with a good wax like your NXT. Welcome to the forum!
