  • Spray Wax did i read it right?????

I was reading about NXT Spray Wax on meguiars website and it said that for the just waxed look after washing the vehicle spray on as you dry it.

Is this right or is it still better to use on a dried surface?
    Any benifits either way?

Yep, you read it right, but most folks on the forums say it doesn't work worth a darn when used this way. I believe them.

The booster wax is just a "tad" bit easier to use than the NXT itself.

I agree with tguil... then if you have a PC then I think the NXT Wax is easier to use then the spray wax. Just my opinion, I keep the spary wax around for my wheels.

I prefer to use the Spray Booster Wax on dry paint. It is much easeir to do that way and it takes less time.

The most important point with the Spray Booster Wax (SBW) is to apply a THIN coat! if you do this the wipe off is extremely easy. It is not as forgiving if applied too heavily. The liquid Tech Wax is very forgiving even if applied in heavy coats.n One spray on a yellow foam pad will cover about half of the hood on my GTO.

One question that has never been asked: Does the SBW have cleaners in it of an kind?

I like the SBW and will continue to use it. It can be used with other Meguiar's waxes too.

I did not find that to be the case. I applied too heavy a coat and it left behind a haze that was tough to get off. QD took it off OK, but "thin is in" when it comes to NXT. Note that the 1 ounce sample is intended to wax a whole car.

Because one black car just wasn't enough . . .

Where did you find a sample? I've been debating trying it, but I dont want to buy a whole bottle, I still have a brand new tub of GC left I have to use too....

                ~One man’s opinion / observations ~

NXT Spray Wax- using clean, soft foam wax applicator and apply like a wax. First spray some onto your foam applicator to moisten it, then mist some onto the paint and spread out with the applicator. Apply to the entire car, let it haze, and then remove with a Microfiber cloth

As it’s a FSP (Final step product) it does not contain cleaners (or it would remove anything previously applied) or fillers

A good example of synergistic compatibility; ColorX, NXT Tech Wax, NXT Spray Wax

                ~Hope this helps~
