can i use aggressive clay to clay on a 3 month old new car? Will the aggressive clay scratch the surface? Hope to seek advise. Thks

Any time one uses aggressive clay you run the risk of minor swirls or scratches being instilled. As for the car being three months old, that really isn't a factor... when you factor transportation time, time on dealer lots, etc, the car is likely at least six months old or more.
If you simply can't get the job down effectively with mild clay, try a test spot on an inconspicuous location with the aggressive clay and see if it produces swirls/scratches.
If it does, a fairly light polish should be able to remove them.
