does wheel brightener work on tires too or can i just use super degreaser?

It works very well but wheels have to be coated. It's a very acidy product.
If you use it with chemical resistant sprayer remember to rinse it with plain water after every use to prevent clogging. -

Sorry, your question was about usage on tires. Wheel Brightner D140 is a wheel cleaner.
All Purpose Cleaner D101, All Purpose Cleaner Plus D103, M40 Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/ Conditioner would be good on tires. Super Degreaser works on tough grease as well.Comment

Wheel Brightener isn't the best option for tires.
I prefer APC+ or Super Degreaser for tires.
I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
Remove swirls my friends.Comment

I've tried WB on tires and it's no good. I actually prefer APC (the green version) for cleaning tires. It does an amazing job and it foams well. APC+ tends to be really popular, but I really like APC on tires.
ColinA common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

WB is great for wheels and i have found it NOT to work on tires, Super De-greaser or power purple you will witness all the grim melt of tires.
After I use WB I always wash that rim/wheel with a soapy rag to neutralize the harsh but effective cleaner before i move to the next wheel.
Then I spray the tires with degreaser...Comment
