Can you use the Solo Pads (wwhc7,wwlc7,wdfp7&wdff7) with M105 and M205?

Absolutely. I love the solo pads via rotary with M105. the Solo black finishing pad is a pinch softer than the normal black pad in my personal experience, too. -

As Mark says, you sure can. In fact, the two wool pads are great for those times you need some extra cut but don't need the full punch of a W5000 double sided pad. The yellow WWLC7 is an awesome light cutting wool pad.
The two foam pads use the same foam construction as our Soft Buff 2.0 pads but since the So1o pads have the diamond cut faces they're a bit less aggressive than their Soft Buff 2.0 counterparts. So, again, Mark's assessment of the black finishing pad is spot on as well.Michael Stoops
