  • Megs M21 2.0 question?

    Hey everyone,

I plan to buy me the new M21 2.0 sealant since ive been hearing plenty of great news about it. Now I apologize if this has been answered many times but does it have cleaners just like NXT 2.0?

The reason why I ask is that If I plan to detail my car and apply M21, before that I will apply #7 glaze.

Now, assuming M21 has light cleaning ability, would it take off the #7 glaze I just applied?

Thank you everyone for all of the inputs.

Nxt 2.0 and #21 2.0 are effectively the same product.

However, it is not a strong cleaning ability, so your coat of polish will still add to the final looks.

with Murr... also, #21 can be used with a Rotary, where 2.0 it is not recommended... that is the main "technical" difference. I guess pro line vs consumer line. Not that a consumer couldn't use a rotary... but if your not going to use a rotary, just use the 2.0.
The only reason some people get lost in thought... is because it is unfamiliar territory for them.

Just to clear things up, when you say 2.0 you mean NXT Tech Wax 2.0.
Remember that there is a version of M21 2.0 and NXT 2.0.

#21 2.0 and the old version can be applied using the rotary.
NXT Tech Wax is not recommended to be used with the rotary buffer.

You're right, I was talking about NXT 2.0... my bad.

I agree with Murr, polish and wax away.

The products are designed to work as a system. So no, NXT 2.0 or #21 2.0 will not remove your layer of #7 you applied.
