The spray wax after NXT 2.0 just hides and hides everything on a daily driver

I just was looking for a liquid or paste wax from Meguiars that lasts longer than the Quik wax and behaves the same.
10/4. If you are really after water beading & protection, we would recommend checking out our newer Hybrid Ceramic Product Line. The water beading characteristics in these products are a significant step above our Ultimate Line.

It applies more like a traditional wax, where as our Ultimate Liquid is a much newer style, thinner consistency, apply, wipe off type application.

I’m not a fan of the newest Ultimate Liquid wax, would the new Ceramic Liquid Wax give me what I’m looking for?

    Thanks.

I've used the new UQW on 3 vehicles now and it seems very nice. Not sure that I see a noticeable improvement over the regular quick wax or the detailer line x-press wax but it smells nice and has a really nice sprayer.

I'll most likely stick with the x-press wax given the high price of the new UQW. If they wouldnt of had the $3 rebate I wouldnt have bought it.

As an amateur not sure I have the eye to say it's glossier that the old UQW but it sure shines!

Is it okay to use on plastics like headlight covers, etc...
Yeah, headlights are fine, even the textured black plastic trim seems to do well with a wipe of the UQW.

I actually prefer the sheeting effect from UQD (good old 129D) as compared to the beading of UQW and #16.
Not really any other information. Pretty much any characteristic you can think of has been improved.

    Fastidiotus,

We agree & share your enthusiasm! Thank you for sharing your feedback!

Yes, AutoZone should be in the next few weeks, O'Reilly within the next 4 - 6 weeks, Walmart will be in late February.

The primary purpose of most all of our quik detailer sprays is for safe, light dust & fingerprint removal. The secondary purpose is their added features like gloss, water beading, protection, etc. So first off, Ultimate Quik Wax should be used on a clean surface. Also, Ultimate Quik Wax, or when comparing any quik detailer vs quik wax, the quik wax will have superior gloss & protection. As far as ease of use, most detail sprays will always have a slight advantage on ease of use, and specifically comparing Ultimate Quik Detailer vs Ultimate Quik Wax, this new version of our Ultimate Quik Detailer is crazy easy & a slick, quick application.
