Moving forward when we are discussing durability, we are talking through more real world expectations, keeping variables in mind, & with that said, for M27 PRO Hybrid Ceramic Sealant we are seeing around 6 months durability. Comparing to UFF, M27 will likely have much more gloss, and also keep in mind, M27 has a completely different base chemistry, SiO2, so with that you will get MUCH different water beading characteristics, like much more water beading, higher contact angle (more sphere like water beads), the vehicle will tend to stay cleaner, and because of these water beading characteristics, maintenance tends to be dramatically easier, i.e. washing & drying. Also, our Hybrid Ceramic Liquid Wax in our consumer line also shares similar benefits to M27, just not quite as much gloss or longevity, along with a different application, more wipe on /wipe off. Hope this helps.
Thank you for the detailed information. What are the recommended prep steps for M27? Do you need to do a M122 Surface Prep prior to the application of M27?

Soft 99 products.. i smelled the fusso coat, that was enough
Google soft99 rain drop, new tech layer, can apply to windcreen, paint, wheel, etc. And it is cheap too.

Actually you are making two or more passes with your products.
You rinse, wash by hand/mitt, rinse again and you use like a light spray wax.

With Ultimate Wash and Wax Anywhere followed by UFF, that is only 2 passes.
Good luck with whichever products you choose.
Soft99 stuff can be applied on dry surface too and for any car surface.

Work well under heavy rain few days ago, the car looks new after heavy rain as well without manually drying the rain water at all.

For that you need to spray it on and wipe/dry it off and even using minimal product I've had constant issues with streaking and having to buff them out. On the flip side, UFF doesn't have any of those problems.

Each of us have different requirements.
Those may change with different vehicles.
UFF is a good choice for me, where HCW is not.
Reasons that would make UFF a better choice include:
    * Environmental: Control of run off from cleaning
    * Conservation: Water is a very precious resource
    * Regulatory: Water usage restrictions from drought
    * Availability: Live in apartment or condo association that bans using water to clean vehicles on premises

Then there is a larger motivation for many of us who have restored vehicles:
    * We choose to use less than 2 cups of water each time when washing and protecting our vehicles, including what is in the products.
*** Said another way Water=Rust Juice

UFF is a paint protection product.
If you are getting overspray onto your windshield, change your technique. Turn away from the vehicle and spray with the aerosol nozzle about 6 inches from the black application microfiber towel.
Sometimes you might get a small amount of product from towel on glass that is close to your paint.
Wipe it off as you start the light buff down on that section.
Use UFF a section or panel at a time. It does not need a dry time.

Personally, I hope UFF never goes away if for no other reason than its ridiculously easy application.
