GC = Gold Class - it is a meguiar's line
as for APC on cloth - I think it works best if you use it on a terry cloth and dab it into the cloth not to saturate it...that might work. give it a try! other than that you can saturate it and then use a wet/dry vac - kinda like when you shampoo carpets - but you'll need drying time for that.
