Mercedes S430 - NXT + GC (56k Beware)

This weekend I detailed this Mercedes S430. The car is my girlfriend's grandmother. This is her daily driver and certainly isn't treated like a Mercedes should be.

The Process

1. NXT Generation Car Wash
2. Professional Detailing Clay - Almost the entire car needed to be clayed.
3. #80 Speed Glaze
4. NXT Generation Tech Wax
5. Gold Class Clear Coat Car Wax

Glass - NEW NXT Generation Glass Cleaner
Tires - NEW NXT Generation Insane Shine Tire Spray
Wheels - Hot Rims/Cool Care All Wheel Cleaner and NXT Generation All Metal Polysh
Chrome Trim - NXT Generation All Metal Polysh
Plastic - PlastX

I've never used GC wax before, what do you think about it?

Looks great! I always liked to polish and wax a Benz. You know it's going to wind up looking great because you start out with a high quality paint job. I'm not used to seeing paint without orange peel.

#80 plus NXT is a great combination on blue. That is the combination I use.

#80 seems to work great on just about all dark colors. Obviously it would work well on lighter colors too it just isn't always needed.

I love GC wax as a topper on dark cars. Seems to produce a great amount of depth.
