I was recently contracted out to pressure wash, spray, & degrease an underground parking garage. The owner is already an existing client. The garage is four years old and has never been cleaned, just sweeped weekly by a hallway cleaning lady. There was loads of dust not only on the floor but packed into the corners. Dirt was also present in all cracks & crevices. The floor also had a light to medium coat of dirt from being driven on & normal day to day wear & tear.
Normally a job like this calls for a gas unit but due to the garage door having to remain closed & the obvious noise, the owner & I decided it would be ideal & powerful enough to spray it with one of my electric units rather than a gas unit.
I decided to use my AR Blue Clean 118 hand carry unit. I put on a custom tip for increased power & used a 30ft hose & gun assmebly. Quiet, compact, yet still powerful at 1500psi & 1.5gpm.
I did not get too many photos of the job, here are some befores to get started.

Tools for the job:

Process.
Sweep all loose dirt & debris with broom & dust pan.
Pressure spray.
Greased Lightening applied to floor at 1:1 with pesticide sprayer.
Scrub with long handled brush & 5 gallon bucked filled with Dawn Power Clean.
Rinse in direction of floor drain.
The job took around 13 hours over the course of two days. Turned out great and the owner was thrilled. The only problem was some of the oil stains would not lift.
