Yeah, what I can't believe is that the "detailer" didn't see those holograms! Or do they see them and just dump in their pants because they're scared and don't know how to fix it? Probably the latter.

In any case, great job on this Beamer. I've got a Cayenne to work on next week - it's going to snow again here this weekend, but after that it's go time! Keep it up

Thanks guys! The owner was nice enough to provide me with the pics I forgot on another forum.


The crud on the headlight appeared to be the UV coating failing much like the clear coat would on an actual car paint.
