    Ford F-650

I started on this truck yesterday at 8am and ended just a little while ago. This is a pretty big truck to begin with, it also had a lot of bonded contaminants and a really dull/flat look to it. My plan of attack was to wash it at least twice, spend most of the time claying and then use an AIO. Good thing I had my G110 for this.

    Process:

    1. Wash with NXT Generation Car Wash - x2
    2. Clay with Smooth Surface Clay Kit and Last Touch Spray Detailer
    3. #66 - Quick Detailer (Cleaner/Wax) on a SoftBuff 2.0 Polishing Pad
    4. Ultimate Quik Wax
    5. Dress tires and trim with #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner
    6. Chrome bumpers and grille got Ultimate Compound and Hot Rims Chrome Polish
    7. wheels got Quik Wheel Detailer
    8. Vacumm interior, clean with All Purpose Cleaner, clean/condition trim and leather with #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner and Gold Class Rich Leather Spray

Nice Job Tuck! That is gigantic! How did you get the hood and really high places on the truck? It doesn't even seem like a step ladder would reach. This one goes down as vehicle size xxxl

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

          I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
          Remove swirls my friends.

Thanks, I actually bought the gallon of M66 before I did this truck, so I didnt use too much of that, but enough to notice a difference.

I used a whole 16oz bottle of M40, luckily I had bought a gallon of it a few weeks earlier.

I used 1/4 the bottle of chrome polish.

finished out my bottle of Detailer Line Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner as well.

Its not as tall as you think. I thought the same thing too but to my suprise a 3 step ladder worked fine, I did the roof while standing in the bed so no worries there. There were times when doing the hood I had to have only one hand on the D.A though.

                      I used a whole bottle of M40.

Not sure on what I am getting for this truck. He usually pays me every five vechiles I do for him over the course of a week or two.

When I add up the bill I'll probably charge $350-400 for this one truck

Ive done about 13 or 14.

have about 20 left on the property and 40 at another shop.

The F650 came from the shop.

At least I will be busy in the winter.
