Presidential Detailed: Can you say Kevin Brown Method?
I find that LC pfw pad is powerful (aggressive) than solo sets
I have used solo backing W66 with burgundy WWHC7 seems to have better cushioning than LC & PFW. which is less forgiving than megs
rgds
I use the W66 backing plate for all my wool pads. the PFW is definitely WAYY lower on the aggressiveness scale than a burgandy/White Solo. And only a tad lower than the yellow/white. The yellow/white is very cushiony like you mentioned, but still cuts quite a bit more than a pfw will.
Also the PFW does not really like the KBRM so much, it getas loaded up pretty quick, so I stick to solo if I use that method.
The results are definitely from the M105 product! In fact I rarely use the solo wool pads unless the clear is extremely hard, I normally use it with a LC PFW pad.

Hi. Just reread this thread and had a question for you. I have also had great results from M105/Solo burgundy wool. I was wondering if it was the M105 or the burgundy wool pad. Have you been able to get the same results with M105 and a different wool pad?
