  • My 03 RAV4

    I used:
Megs Soft Gel wash, #9, #7 and #26, QD(not megs ) and Endurance gloss for the tires. (edit) I used a rotary also, no porter cable available in my country

Of course, no shine would be complete without the Megs Decal

          Hey,

How long does wax stay on in high humidity areas? I waxed my friends car once in thailand, it didn't feel like it would last 2 weeks on 1 coat of nxt.

I haven't tested it long term. I apply wax every week... This time of the year the sun comes out in the morning and rains in the afternoon... the rainy/typhoon season just ended last month(hopefully none comes again). In August, I remember it rained for a month!

I don't have a picture but I tested out three waxes on my mom's metallic blue 03 rav 4. The section I put the NXT on looked awesome. It really pulled the metallic flakes and enriched the color. I would recommend giving it a try on your rav. It really made a difference on hers.

                      bri,
yup, the NXT is available but its so expensive to import. It costs 2x upto 3x as much on the local dealers. I had mine bought by a friend who was on a business trip in the US. saved me alot of $$ hehe

Pare, don't they sell NXT in auto stores like Concorde in Megamall or something like that? So, do you order your Meg's stuff through dealers? That would be expensive no doubt.. hahaha! So, how much are they asking? What else did you ask your friend to buy you?

                          nope! hehehe

the NXT line(and some professional line) is a rare commodity. Only the DCS line is available on some stores. I don't think I've seen and megs on concorde. Only True Value has em... but even they don't have it all. I just usually go thru a dealer here. I don't bother going to malls or shops since I'm pretty sure they won't have it.

I only had NXT wax and COLORx bought for me by a friend.

Which leaves me another question, where in Arizona(Chandler) is best to get Megs Prof line? I've some buddies going up there in October.... Anyone?

                          thanks

In Chandler, you can use AutoDetailingSolutions. They're in Gilbert so they would be close.. Rick is the owner and tell them that Marc sent you guys, ok? I'd appreciate that pare. What are the products you would get? Babakasyon mga kaibigan mo?

You can also call Meguiar's directly at 1(800) 347-5700.
