Heres an quick interior/exterior job we just did, huge turn around though. 80% of the time was spent on the interior.
-Vacuum
-APC with a brush on all plastics
-Carpet Shampoo
-Extracted
-Hyper Dressing
-Meguiars Glass Cleaner D-Line
-Paint Decontamination
-#80
-AIO polish/wax

It must have been some hours to clean the interior it's now a fresh vehicle all round.

Great job. I never understand how people can let an interior get so dirty. Even the two summers I worked construction I never let my interior get that dirty. Oh well, I guess it's just job security for the detailers out there.
