There's some #16 on eBay currently. I've bought from the seller before and he's very friendly.

If you really want a can of #16 (like I did a few weeks ago), you can post a want ad in the "For Sale" section. I got plenty of offers from people on MOL.

Amazing turnaround. That liquid wet color with the amazing durablity is exactly why I use the #26/#16 combo on my car.

I have found that the #16 bonds ontop of the #26 fine, as I get that characteristic 16 waterbeading (super tight beads) that last for 5 months or so (which shows no decrease in durablity). I also retain that liquid wet depth that #26 produces, so for me its a win-win situation.

Here are some pictures of my daily driver with #26 topped with #16
Alright I'm dumb as a stump, I found M26 (Hi-Tech Yellow Wax) but I can't find M16. Please tell me where to go!

I used GC Cleaner/Conditioner. I think that's what its called...I'm too lazy to run out to the garage to see. Smells terrible but works good.

Enough of the Ford bashing... There are plenty of Fords with three and four times that amount that are still running fine. When you guys come up with a diesel to compete with Ford, let me know.

Beautiful job indeedddddd and that is pretty impressive. Beautiful paint. considering its a ford and it still runs good. haha. I have almost that many miles on my tacoma but its a toyota so its still a baby.

This truck might very well be my inspiration to go ahead and procure a rotary. Don't get me wrong, the paint was nice and easy to work with and gave up it's defects willingly. But this was a LOT of real estate to cover with the PC. But, to recap, my process was:

    Wash with gold class
    Clay
Tape, tape, tape, tape, tape, tape, and more tape. Oh, and tape.
    M80 x 2
    M09 x 1
    #26 x 1
    #16 x 1 (and on the wheels)
GC Endurance on the tires (grape ape, as I affectionately call it)
#40 on trim inside & out
NeverDull wadding polish on the chrome (ok ok, I know Megs has products that are far superior to this stuff, but its like an old friend, don't judge me )

I was losing daylight by the time I was done, so none of those gratuitious sun shots that we all like so much. But, still effective...

    The afters...

Not too shabby for a truck with...

Excuse my blue towel. Its an old drying towel that I use to protect the mats when I drop the truck off.

    Look, Ma...no swirls!

This truck was almost as much fun to work on as it was to drive. As always, your comments & tips are implored & appreciated.

    Tony

I finally got to finish this one. I didn't take as many before shots as I'd like, but the condition of the rest of the truck is comparable to this shot...

The interior wasn't bad at all, just need a vac and wipe down...

I had a hectic weekend at work and ended up working 14 hours on Sunday, but determined as ever, I got home at 11pm & got right to it...
(notice the handy dandy dual xenon & trusty mp3 player )

    And by 3am.....progress!...

I called it quits for the night and caught a nap. Early the next day....

    Some light scratches and such...

    M80 to the rescue!
