This is marks car as he dropped it off on Saturday afternoon for a Sunday detail. Reason being, I had to finish the S500 first before devoting time to Mark's M3.

And another shot from the rear quarter...

This is a quick shot of the swirls seen before washing the car.

Here it is after being washed. And, yes it is always washed in the shade, usually in the garage.

These are the holograms on the side left over from the previous detail and/or extensive car wash visits done by the previous owner.

These are the swirls seen after washing the car.

So its back in the garage, and here is the hood after being glazed. Much cleaner and richer in color.

This is the drivers side and hood in one shot. Looks Clean.

I took this shot after working the entire car with glaze. It looks like a metallic blue to me instead of violet in this picture.

The sealant is applied here pretty uniformly. While waiting for it to cure, I clean the wheels and shine the tires.

And this is the car after i let the sealant cure and removed.

Driver side while still in the garage. Please disregard the fender wells.

The boot of the car while still in the garage with sky reflections.

I moved the car outside to do final inspection of the sealant and get a better shot with the camera.

Here is the rear quarters. I had to remove the "M3" emblem and reapply it only because it was not correctly placed. I typically do not to this on cars without altered emblems.

Much deeper color to my eyes, and no more holograms or swirls.

No more swirls.

I like these rack focus shots. Clean and the metallic flakes are highlighted here.

Same here with a nice reflection.

A final shot of the hood with a deep rich color and a nice reflection of the sun behind the clouds.

Thanks Mark!
