Is an honor for me to share with you my method of working:
For begining you need: 1) sandpaper 1000-1500-2000-2500-3000 grit (i used mirka sandpapers)
2) Sanding Backing Pad like this
3) Rotary polisher(go and manually but you need muscle
), foam pads and polish paste.[ i used makita 9227 cb, 3 foam pads from 3m (green,yellow,blue) and 3m Fast Cut Plus(green plug), Extrafina(yellow plug) Ultrafina(blue plug) ]
If headlights are affected as in the pictures above you start with:
1000 wet sandpaper (very important, use wet sandpaper ) then after covering the surface evenly go to 1500-2000-2500-3000 grit.After sanding follows polishing.www.ozcarwash.ro

I used wetsanding 600-800-1200-1500-2000 grit, and then polish with 3M fast cut plus and Menzerna 106 fa.
