ive had this detailer line apc that is at most 4 years old. and i know it has seen some freezing months in my toolbox. currently is sits in a nice cool basement. thanks in advance.

has it separate at all? is it still working? I know that you shouldn't let your products freeze, and shelf life is approx 4 years, but it all depends on if it is still working or not, that is the only way to tell.
I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
Remove swirls my friends. -

It would certainly last 4 years in a normal environment.
