Heavy Duty Oxidation Remover and a rotary is some impressive stuff! Works best with a rotary but will work by hand just don't expect the same results and it may take a couple applications by hand.
When removing oxidation it is alot of work but this is the product that will do it no questions asked! We applied it with Meguiars 8" foam polishing pad and a Porter-Cable rotary buffer. The product/odidation seemed to build up on the pad but we were working with a heavily oxidized surface and that could have contributed to the build up.

The after photo shows some "chalkiness" still there but I think its a camera thing because you sure don't see it in person. There is a dramatic difference what the photos don't really show is the shine that is now there.
