Wow, we have like 19 varieties of Hot Rims wheel cleaner now. How about Hot Rims solely for spinners and another intended for bicycle wheels? Just kidding.

I'm assuming Hot Rims is a whole new line dedicated to rims and wheels.
now I know what to get my brother for Christmas.

OK, it's official. I now will have an entire shelf dedicated JUST to all the varieties of Meg's wheel cleaner

Nah, between APC+ and the other pro-grade stuff I'm all set.

My guess is there are so many wheel types out there, kind of hard to make a effective all around/safe cleaner for all wheels in one bottle.

Hot rims has been around for a long time.... though it used to just be one product in a purple bottle called "Hot Rims Cool Care" -- always a VERY mild product, IMO. Almost too mild. I think I even still have a bottle on the shelf.

Basically, our wheel cleaners received updated labels to make them easier to understand what kind of wheel they are to be used on. The new Multi-Surface Wheel Cleaner is new however.

Also, I made a mistake when I uploaded this thread, I originally uploaded this as the Chrome Wheel Cleaner, when it is actually the All Wheel Cleaner, so check you're answers in the Contest thread to see if you did in fact win.

Yes... got it now. I can see how these will make it easier for the consumer. Makes sense!

Kind of ironic that, after the thread was straightened out, it turned out it actually was an All Wheel Cleaner! LoL!

Is this the same as the previous Hot Rims or has the formula changed slightly?

Last week, I bought a bottle of Hot Rims (G9524EU) here in the Netherlands. The label on the bottle states "HOT RIMS cool care All Wheel Cleaner". I do not see "cool care " on any of the HOT RIMS bottles I see here on the website.

Does Europe get a special formula to be more cool than our American friends? Or is this just a marketing stunt to make us Europeans feel better with the exact same product.

Works great btw. Much better than all of the other products I used previously (hows that for a cliché). Funny thing is, a week after I used this Hot Rims, we had more snow than we had in years. Coincedence or .....

My rims look like the before and when I have a chance to try the bottle that I bought, I am sure they will look like the after

I just bought a bottle of the HOT RIMS cool care All Wheel Cleaner last night. Should I return this and find the one without the "Cool Care" on the bottle?

Is it the same formula as the new bottle?

                              So confused
