Problem with NXT Booster Wax

I had my first problem with the NXT line and was wondering if anyone else had the same issue. I had a bottle of NXT Booster wax on the bottom shelf it had been pushed to the back so I didn't know it was there it's been sitting there for atleast six months without being touched. So I went to use it last night and it sprayed out like QD very liquid like no thickness at all. So I emptied the bottle and found that all the solids fell to the bottom and turned into a hard gel. So I tried to stir it up but it was solid , tried to heat it in the microwave still no luck it's solid. So lessoned learned make sure you shake your NXT spray wax regularly.


Any one else have this problem.

No, but I did buy a bottle last winter on clearance and haven't touched it since! I'm going to check the status of that bottle tonight.

I never had a problem like that before. Ofcourse I don't give it a chance to do that. I use the NXT Spray Wax in between waxing. But I will keep that in mind to check it once in awhile.

and let them know and they'll take care of you.

It appears that it froze during shipment. That is usually what happens when something freezes. Don't ask me how I know this. I left a bottle of #9 in the car during extremely cold weather and that is what happened. It probably did not freeze like that in your house or garage.

All is good called customer service and a new bottle is being sent. This is the kind of customer service all company's should have , the rep was very polite and concerned with correcting the problem. Thanks Mike and Meguiars.
