I have been a Meguiars fan for quite a long time and their products I feel are some of the best out there. Between my family and myself we have over 17 cars (collector) and I also do work for friends and neighbors. I think this site is a wealth of great information and now that I joined I look forward to sharing and learning too.

Re: Hello from sunny So Cal
I have the 1st generation Meguiars polisher which I think is the same as the Porter Cable 7424XP. I use it quite often and it still does what it is designed to do. Thinking of getting their new machine if I can find the $$. I use NXT wax, DA microfiber system and liquids, ultra cut compound and other various products for interior and trim. I have tried other waxes over time but they never seem to measure up.....I stick with what works. Waiting for list of detailing classes to come out for 2015 so I can get to the advanced stage in Irvine CA...I went to a 1 day class back when I lived in AZ and it is something everyone should attend as I walked away with a wealth of knowledge.

Great products you have but I would add Ultimate Polish as well as White Wax(offers more cleaning ability) & Black Wax (has more polishing oils but does have light cleaning ability) These are 2 great all in one (AIO) products and produces great results!
Yeah I agree with you, over the years I have tried different brands and they were good and produced good results but I just know Meguiars products better and what they can do and how to modify some techniques to get more out of or to use other then intended for.
As for the MT300 I can't wait to get one also!!''USE THE LEAST AGGRESSIVE PRODUCT TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT''
