Hello, my name is Bill. I am a novice of sorts. I have done body work, painted with epoxy primers, lacquers, base coat/ clear coat systems, and I just did my first base coat/clear coat metalic job on the liftgate of my Ford Escape. I love Meguiar's #9 for my final polishing. It works very well on suface scratches also, like when my wife ran over a plastic road cone (that was really a plastic barrel). The Meguiar's #9 took out about 95% of the scratches.
