Hello all.
I'm a 23 year old student from Montreal. I am finishing up my masters in Physiotherapy and have been an avid car addict my whole life. I have been into car detailing (in the simplest form) since I had my first car a 1992 Geo Metro. Essentially I would wash and wax.
I have the Mr. Clean autodry and an 8inch Simoniz Random Orbital Polisher. I also have a pretty strong (1700psi) pressure washer - and have had good results with it all. I normally use the turtle wax hard shell wax.
Last year I purchased a black 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP and I love it. It's a looker. I drove it around last summer for about 2-3 months and then stored it for the winter. I took it out of storage not too long ago and then I wanted to restore its beautiful luster. I began doing some research online.
I'm new to the Meguairs website. I have been lurking for the past 2 weeks or so reading up on some stuff - and the information found everywhere had me sold. Canadiantire recently had a sale of 25% off all of Meguiar's ultimate line.
I just purchased the following:
-Ultimate Wash and Wax soap
-Ultimate Liquid Wax
-Ultimate Quick Wax
-Ultimate Quick Detailer
-Ultimate Polish
-Ultimate Compound
-Ultimate Protectant
and then I ordered the Clay bar off ebay (still waiting for it)
I can't wait to get started!
