  • Hello from Fontana CA

Hi everybody - I'll start by stating I'm very grateful and IMPRESSED with the amount of information, useful information, on this forum. I'm new when it comes to paint preservation and this forum has been great.

I own three cars, 1994 GMC Sonoma, 2000 Corolla and 2005 Acura TL. Also own a 2006 Kawasaki zx-6r! The Sonoma and corolla need the most TLC but the TL is when I'm trying to keep in tiptop shape.

I'll be attending my first Thursday night this week so I look forward to meeting you guys!

          Re: Hello from Fontana CA

Thanks for the welcome guys. Its crazy to me how consuming detailing/paint care/car care has been for me. I'm super new, besides basic wash/wax/cleaning, I know nothing about preserving and really taking care of my car's paint!

There is so much info on here that I feel like I've been spending at least 70% of my free time reading and trying to decide which products I need. I've behaved though, and haven't purchased products for my car - until I go tomorrow. I figured I should wait until I got the Meguiar's expert opinions.

I've done most of my work by hand, but I'm giving strong consideration go purchasing the DA Polisher. Is that something you guys would recommend for a noob?
