New to the site

Hi all,
I am new to the site (duh!!) and have always been in to taking care of my vehicles but with the resent purchase of my newest, and last for a while, I want to make sure i keep this one lookin good. Hope to get some good advice from the site. My first question is what is the difference between the meguiars consumer brand, profesional mirror glaze and the profesional detailer brand? also what is the M21 everyone is talking about? just bought some M34 to use for the clay bar and for quick detailing between waxes.

Consumer Line offers full selection of car care products but they can't be used with circular (rotary) polishers.

Professional Line (Mirror Glaze) has more specific products which also can be used with rotary buffers. Along them you can find two most aggressive paint cleaners (compounds) M95 Speed Cut Compound and M105 Ultra Cut Compound.

Detailer Line specializes in large size products, 1 gallon or even 5 gallon size. It's perfect for high volume usage.

M21 is a synthetic wax (sealant). It offers long lasting paint protection. The closest product to M21 from Consumer Line is Next Tech Wax 2.0 .

Just different products. Different sizes, different application methods, sometimes unique situations. Nothing better or worse if that is a concern.

Usually just easiest to ask a question, share your situation, and we can point you to the right thing starting off. You'll learn all the product lines as time goes on.

M21 is a synthetic wax in the Pro (Mirror Glaze) Line similar to Nxt.
