New guy...

Living a crazy and busy life, I usually left it to one of the many car wash businesses in OC, CA to wash my car. But after years of swirls, leftover wax residue, and money down the toilet I had the epiphany this week to start detailing and washing my own car.

So I read a few detailing 101 threads and jumped right into it. Detailed my car yesterday (I'm not going to list the piecemealed array of products in fear of getting lambasted) and I must say that it was well worth it. Below is an iPhone picture of my hood after the final coat of wax.

**Note to self... by a stool, my body is killing me from all that kneeling and bending**
