My name is Tim and I drive a Black F-150 SuperCab FX4 4wd. I have had my truck for a year and have finally decided to take detailing it seriously.
I became enlightened when I saw some scratches in my hood and realized how bad my truck looked. I decided I should (well need to)take care of this investment. I have already removed the majority of those scratches using scratch-x (still have some work though on a couple) and have just placed an order for DC #1 and #2, NXT 2.0, All Metal Polish, Trim Detailer, and some insane shine. I can't wait for the weather to turn for the better here in Chicago so i can work on my truck as well as bringing my wife's 99 subaru back to life. I currently have a cheap orbital polisher and am considering purchasing a DA in the near future. This site has given me some great information to use so I can do the job right.
