I have been hoping for something along this line. So with the ceramic base to it, do the (both) hybrid ceramic wash soaps play mice with this? Being, cleaning a windshield with this then washing later during the weel does the soap help enhance the ceramic base left from this?

It takes a special kind of chemistry to bond to glass. They play OK together. Hybrid Ceramic Wash & Wax will greatly benefit paint, but will only benefit the glass minimally, where as the Ultimate Glass Cleaner & Water Repellant, with it's formula made specific to glass, will help a lot with water beading.
