  • Spam filter issue

This is not a code issue but one the less that can cause issues. I registeredd earlier today but never received the registration email. On a hunch, I went in and changed my email address to a Yahoo account and immediately got the registration email.

What is the issue? it's Cox.net, I have my email account using tghe Cox spam filter. In a year and 1/2 this is the first time I did not get an email that I desired. Someone needs to contact cox.net and tell them that emails from PHILLIPS@meguiars.com or mequiars.com is not spam.

    Hi Jim,

Spam filtering is a huge problem.

Here's the problem, it's an age old problem that the Osmond's sang about in the 1970's,

"One bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch girl"

Most of us in the world are law abiding citizens and send legitimate e-mails. A segment of society at large abuses the system and the result is no one's e-mails get through.

Sorry to hear of the problem, I can only imagine how many people have not received legitimate e-mails that contained information they would have wanted to know about.
