  • Wheel/Tire Cleaning

I realize that Meguiars makes an excellent tire brush and wheel brushes but when I'm on my knees, bent over cleaning the wheel, I end up using the wheel brush to do the tire because it's too much trouble to carry both brushes to each corner. A combo tire and wheel brush with stiffer bristles for the tire and softer ones for the wheel would help out.

Same with the wheel & tire cleaning products, while Meguiars makes excellent seperate products, it's too much trouble to carry 2 sets of products to each wheel so I end up using another vendor's product that does both and does it well.

While seperate products work best, most of time, washing a few daily drivers on a weekend morning, time and effort is key.

    Hi Buellwinkle,
I know what you mean about bending down and cleaning the wheels and tires while on your knees.
I recently purchased a creeper seat from Sears. The same one that is in the Meguiars garage when we were there on the "Fun Day" detailing our cars.
That seat is a life saver for the knees and back and you can put both brushes and your specific tire cleaner under the seat while rolling to the next tire. I just make sure I have enough slack in the hose so it doesn't catch under the tire.

That's it, a great idea, a wash bucket/seat combo on wheels that holds the different bottle/cans around it... Build it and they will come
