Do you get a confirmation when you send a form email?

    Do you get a confirmation when you send a form email?

    If you send an email at Meguiars website in the form, do you get a confirmation message?

    I sent a message and when I click submit, it just shoots me back to the form with all my information still in the form?

    Is it going through?
