  • Meguiar V2 Dead After 6 months please help.

    I've been trying to reach customer care via email because I'm hearing impaired and so far no help has been available. My last email I was told to email customer care which I did and have not gotten a response yet.

    I didn't wanted to post a thread here because I though it would be something that could be resolved via email and I know meguiar swears by a great customer service but so far it has not happened to me.

    This is the copy of the email I sent along with all my info that proves the machine has around 6 months of use prior to dying. I would appreciate if someone from meguiar can actually read this here and help me out as I shelled a good bit of money on getting an awesome machine that has cord problems apparently.

    I was detailing my car today in Puerto Rico when all of sudden the machine started dying and restarting dying and restarting... after checking the machine out I noticed that when I pressed the CORD hard it restarted perfectly fine and as soon as I let go of it it sputtered and died. I got a copy of my payment to let you know it has less than 1 year , here it is, I would appreciate if you could help me out because I love this machine and I love meguiar too much !!! thanks again

    Thank you for your patience. We received an email from you at 8:52 am PT yesterday morning and another this morning at 7:24 am PT. Typically we are able to respond to emails within 1 business day. Your email will be no different as you should be receiving a response very soon.

    For future reference a phone call is the only assured method of immediate assistance, but in your case this forum may be the best option. At any given time it is not only watched by Meguiar's but also moderators and many other members.
