I have filled out the customer service contact for TWICE and Meguiar's has not emailed me once.

I filled it out a month ago and no response so I filled it out on Thursday and I still have not heard from them.

Did you fill out the customer care contact form from the meguiars.com website or the meguiarsdirect.com website? I believe their is a difference. Meguiarsdirect is a separate company from Meguiars. They handle the sales and shipping of Meguiar's brand products for Meguiars.

What was it you emailed them about?

Which email address did you use, and where did you obtain it from?

From my experience, business email inbox's can get a lot of email and take a while to respond to.

I went to http://www.meguiars.com/customercare/ and filled out the form.

I was contacting them about being a distributor and it was a gmail account.

Sorry for the apparently delayed response. Please provide your name and email address so I can look into this immediately.

It sounds like your information, if we received it, would have been passed on to our Professional Sales Department so that the sales rep in your area could contact you about the requirements of becoming a distributor.

Our system keeps track of all emails through our website. I found 1 email from a Max in Knoxville from July 8th. I will assume that email was from you given that the only info you have given is your forum name and first name. That email was forwarded to the appropriate people (Pro Sales) here at Meguiar's. I will forward your information again to them and ask them to contact you A.S.A.P. It would also be a tremendous help if you could provide your phone number as that is the easiest and preferred method of contact.
