  • G110 Problems... Warranty

    So my G110 is having problems. fixable yes but none the less a problem that annoys me while detailing.
    a couple months ago i noticed my buffer would turn off out of no where, figure it was my extension chords getting loose or what not, come to figure out it was the chord to my polisher.
    My casing where the speed settings are has come loose. and to me it seems thats whats making it turn off. i tried to loosen the screw so i could see what was wrong with it, seemed too tight to remove or it just wasnt going anywhere. so i didnt keep trying and left it as is so i was unable to spot the problem. so i just grabbed some duct tape and wrapped it around my polisher so that way the case wouldnt loosen up resulting in my machine to turn off.

    My question is, since it hasnt been a year yet should i turn it to Meguiars for warranty issues? bring it to a TNOG and see what they think about it, return to Rick at ADS and have him figure it out since thats where i baught it from? Thanks guys for your help and input, i dont think i can go back to cleaning cars by hand, im spoiled !!!
