I ordered some RV Oxidation Remover and RV Wax online on the 6th of November. On the 12th of November I send in a request (via this website) asking for help in locating my order. I get an automated email telling me that someone will answer my request shortly as there is a person who handles all responses on a daily basis. The next day I ask again as to where my order is and once again, nothing. I try calling the following Saturday and I am now told that the number on this website has nothing to do with shipping information and that I need to call another number on Monday. Perhaps the customer service here, or at least the information provided to me is nothing more than "smoke and mirrors". Looks like I'm better off buying my produst elswhere.

I think Meguiars online store (meguiarsdirect.com) is run by a third party, not Meguiars directly.
This is Meguiars Customer Care number in California (Meguiar's Headquarters). I would think someone there should be able to help you out. I've always had great customer service when calling Meguiars directly.
Here is the number 1-800-347-5700 (if you have not called this number already)
Maybe things have changed now that they have an outside company running their online store and shipping now. Not sureBrian

Second, we do apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you're experiencing with an order.
Third, let's see if we can at least clear some of this up for you:
We're assuming that you placed your order via www.meguiarsdirect.com, which is our online store run for us by a third party, as MisterB has pointed out. You should have received an email with an order confirmation when your order was placed, and that would have come from www.meguiarsdirect.com and included contact information for them. You say you "sent in a request (via this website) asking for help in locating my order", but there is no way to do so via www.meguiarsonline.com, which is this website. The email response you posted indicates that you submitted a feedback via our Customer Care Feedback Form at www.meguiars.com (specifically on http://www.meguiars.com/customercare/) which would have directed your query to our Customer Care Center. Unfortunately, if you placed your order online they do not have the ability to track an order, and since you phoned Customer Care on Saturday they really couldn't do much for you since the call center associated with www.meguiarsdirect.com (the place you purchased from) is closed on Saturdays. Again, we understand how frustrating this is for you, but if you give a call to 888-888-3143(direct number for Meguiar's Direct Customer Care) on Monday morning the folks at meguiarsdirect.com will be able to help you out. They are located on the East Coast and hours of operation are 8AM - 8PM Monday thru Friday, EST.
Lastly, we've moved this thread to our Customer Service Hotline area so that it will generate an email directly to the manager of our Customer Care Center.
