I just wanted to give nothing but praise to the Customer Service. I was promptly answered by Brad, and he resolved my defective bottle of Ultimate Compound problem quickly by sending me out a new bottle, and the entire call, including waiting, was 1:56. I have never had any type of call where my problem was corrected 100% this quickly and in such a professional way. Now I know why people have been saying Meguiar's has the best customer service. I'm a believer now.
