Was I suppose to get a hand pump? Also a 5 gallon question

I ordered a gallon of APC, Last Touch, #80, and some #16 straight from Meguiar's website because I got tired of working around the local PBE stores hours (8-5 M-F only). Should I have gotten a hang pump for diluting APC? If so I didn't get one Also, how can you order and find the pricing on 5 gallon containers? I tried using the product number on the Meguiar's website, but it gave me an invalid product number

I've been assured that pumps and secondary bottles are now being shipped and for anyone that didn't receive theirs previously they have been shipped. Earlier this year there was a fire that interfered with fulfilling orders at the time we released the new Detailer line.

Let me check with Duffy on this and find out what the skinny is...

Until then, call Customer Care at 1-800-347-5700 and tell them I sent you, explain what the problem is and I'm sure they'll take care of you 100%

Sorry for the problem in getting our products in the 5-gallon containers, I'll see if I can find out what the suggested retail prices is and post it back here and also include it in the Meguiar's New Detailer Line.

Thanks Mike I just ordered them last week, on a side note, the Last Touch I had received last week was damaged and leaked out, customer service was very helpful in sending me a new one to replace it

I will give them a call tomorrow.

None of the products you mentioned comes with a pump. Hyper dressing and hyper car wash do.

Do APC and Glass Cleaner Concentrate come with pumps?

I called customer service and he said that only Hyper Dressing and Hyper Wash come with the pump. You can't even order it separately Supposedly he said fill the secondary bottles to the fill line with water, then to the top of the ribs where the sprayer screws in. I will measure it to verify I am diluting it correctly.

I too have double checked with Duffy, one of the key people behind the new Detailer Line and he has confirmed, that only these two products come with hand pumps.
