I placed an order on the 3rd. Before placing that order I had tried for a couple days to contact Meguiars help because I was also trying to find the D151 on the ordering site, but was unable to. I tried contacting the 1800 number and emailing. I got no response from email and after being on hold for about 20+ minutes each time I contacted the 1800 number I gave up after a few tries.
I also placed an order with Autopia about 10 minutes after my Meguiars order. They quickly sent me a confirmation email a short time later saying my order was processed and about to be shipped. Here I am a few days later and have yet to hear from Meguiars about what's going on with my order.
Is there a direct link so I can order the D151? I'm sure I get to pay extra shipping now which *****. So far I'm not very pleased with the service I've encountered so far.
