Unpacked it, plugged it in went to put the backing plate on, they forgot to put the backing plate in the case. Called customer service they told me they will send it out but I have to wait another week before it shows up. Im so mad right now. So my car sits for another week or so untill it shows up. Atleast customer service was open and I talked to someone who understands and are they are doing their best, you can't complain about that. sorry for the rant just a litte upset.

What a bummer ... a week is way too long sitting around just reading the instructions! At least they are on it and polite about it. I'd like to hear some of the calls/complaints Meguiar's is having with their G110 supplier of late.Michael

I'll bet that the results that the G110 and the products leave in your car you'll be so happy that you would completely forget about this incident

Please make sure to use a good power cord, 12 gauge wire, not the cheapo 16 gauge wire extension cord.

Update --- Recivied a package from meguiars on monday the 12th opened the box no backing plate but meguiars did send me a yellow pad. So close to working on my car.-- www.fquick.com/TRIPOWER --Comment
