          Update: I called this morning and talked with a rep named Ken and he told me that I had to go through ADS since I bought it from them. So I call ADS and was told that was incorrect - Meg's handles all warranty claims on their products (which is what I figured anyway..), so I call back to Meg's and this time spoke with Rick (not Rick from ADS), and he told me to mail it to Meg's in Irvine and they would ship another unit out to me.

          So, as soon as I get home, I'll box it up and ship it out.

            I know it's no ones fault, but having to wait for them to get your unit, then wait to recieve another one in the middle of your detail is no fun. Good to have a backup if your doing it for customers.

                Sorry for the conflicting information. The new G110 has a unique warranty policy which caused an honest mistake at the time of your first phone call. Any G110 with a defect should be returned to our Meguiar's Customer Care Center in Irvine. Thanks for being patient!

                    I've been using one of the new G110's for several weeks with no problems, and love it.
                    After years of using the Porter Cable D/A, this is quieter, more powerful and less "clunky".
                    I'm sure Meguiar's will fix your problem.
