NXT liquid wax become watery

I am from asia and my friend bought me a bottle of nxt tech wax 2 weeks ago from walmart, Austin TX. and broght back to me last week.

when i first used it (with seal) it was liquid cream paste like, i am very impressed with the product. but when i try to wax my car again today i realized that the liquid wax has turned into watery oily milky liquid and i can't even get it on the applicator. i tot i didn't shake it well, then i tried shake it for 15 minutes and i don't see any different.

i kept the bottle of nxt in my room with no direct sun light and constant temperature of 30 degree celcious.

what happen to the wax???

Hard to say why he's seeing this but we don't have problems with NXT Tech Wax. Things like this are a fluke, that is they are exception, not the rule. The rule is extraordinary results.

Not only can I not explain this, but it's not the normal thing that happens. It doesn't make sense that it worked fine the first time, but now the way you describe it, it's a totally different product.

Normally, we would ask you to return this to the place at which you purchased it, but it doesn't appear as though that's possible.

sigh, yeah don't think i could get back to the place.

i know there's a dealer near my area but i don't think they will help me.
