Tried to order the three-pad set on this site. Clicked on "add to cart." Keep getting a message saying the item cannot be ordered on the Web. How come?

First, I want to apolgozie for the inconvenience for not being able to order on the internet. I have already contacted IT to fix the issue. Untill they fix the issue I would be more than happy to play the orders for anyone who is having any trouble. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you for making us aware of the problem you experienced on our website. I have forwarded your information to our webmaster to look into. I suggest that you call our Customer Care Center and order directly through them while we evaluate this problem you experienced.
There number is 800-347-5700. They can be reached Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm West coast time, and 7am to 3pm on Saturday.
