error check-out from e-store

at the last stage of the on-line store check out I cannot get past the following:

Column p_location_id must have a value.
Unable to locate a valid Sales Tax rate for transaction. Ensure that an active Sales Tax rate exists for the Location.
There is an error in order submission.

what does that mean?

Hi:

Looks like the order processing system is having a bad night.

It is trying to lookup the tax but can not find the value.

Probably will have to wait until they come to work on Monday.

My guess only.

I am afraid you can not order online through Meguiar's Online to Canada.

bugga! don't imagine they ship to Afganistan, either, but it's in the list of countries for your address. Also, I think I saw province/state and zip/postal. I guess maybe they use some generic one-size-fits-all e-shopping software.

At any rate, where do I get the 2-step aloe leather cleaner and conditioner? I can't find it in any local stores.

I see that you are in BC. If so, Lordco would/should carry it as well as some Canadian Tire Stores.

i don't think canadian tire has it i was just there but BC might be different.. they have the leather wipes and the cleaner/conditioner in one step
