  • #26 Hi-Tech Yellow Wax by Hand

Let me tell you, this stuff is very "Hand" friendly. Recently I got this stuff at a local autozone with a can of NXT 2.0 Paste wax and I love both equally.

I have never had good luck with Liquid waxes but I also never learned proper technique. But with taking my time and allowing the wax to do it's job. I managed to put on and take off this stuff with very little work. I let it haze in the shade for about 45-60 mins and then took off with a Terry Cloth towel and its slick as all heck.

Followed up 4 hrs later with some Ultimate Quick Wax to give it that "Hard as Glass" look.

If your looking for something to use by hand, I recommend this one totally!

Applying a Megs liquid wax is my favourite way to pass a Saturday afternoon. The Gold Class liquid wax got me stuck on Meguiars because it was so nice to apply. I want to try M26 liquid as soon as I next get the chance.

Please do, I got mine at Autozone, since it seems to be a common "Professional" line product that major retailers carry.

I actually need more cars to do, I am running out of dirty ones lol.

Two very different, but equally great, products.

Have you tried what many here seem to think is an awesome one-two punch? NXT topped with M26?

M26 is a nice product for dark color cars.

But if I coat 2 times, it's hard for the second time to buff.

Why is it? Maybe too thick?

In Australia, it will last for 1 month with UQW, because I can't wash my car using a shampoo or home water. Need to go to local DIY car wash and don't know what brand of shampoo they used.

          Thanks

I actually have and REALLY liked the results. From what I understood if you ut NXT on last, it takes away from what was under neath but 26 over NXT works supurb.

I just worry about deminishing returns.

That's TWO recent rave reviews about M26!

I really should try this stuff...

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Yea, if you were more local. I would say Florida to my Connecticut, I'd run the bottle down there.

I think both my Palladium Silver and Black Car, #26 might give the most gorgeous appearance on both, and absolutely the most slick feel.

The only reason I do not use it too often is that 1, I also like the polishing oils in Gold Class, and secondly, #26 has about the shortest life of any wax I've tried.

I wish we had the liquid version in Australia. Might have to import it from the UK and pic up a tin of M16 while I'm at it.

Used to be freely available in liquid formula in Australia. Maybe that's changed? I've only ever used the liquid version...

Haha well I would be happy to do the favour because I feel your pain, but have you seen what happened to the Aussie dollar since the mining tax was announced? Lost 15% of its value in 3 days!!!

I was sooo close to going ahead with the order, I'd even made the inquiry about shipping costs. Argh! so frustrating.

I'll keep you posted if I do end up going ahead with it.
